Do Not Have an Alcoholic Beverage … Play!

If you like to have a beverage occasionally, keep your money at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Leave your handbag, your money belt, and keep all cash, charge cards and cheques back at the hotel. Take whatever money you anticipate to use on refreshments, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to squander and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You could have a success following a drunken evening out with your comrades and be lucky enough to hit a 25 minute roll at a on fire craps game. Hang on to that adventure because it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly drink and wager. The two just don’t mix.
Keeping your money at home might be a tiny bit drastic, but precautionary measures for dramatic behavior is a requirement. If you play to win, then do not consume alcohol and play. If you like to be wasteful with your assets nary a concern, then consume all the gratuitous beer you can handle, but don’t carry credit cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of following losses after your drunken self squanders all the cash!
Permit me to take this one step further. do not drink and then head on to the internet to play in your best-liked internet casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my condominium, but since I am hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can’t drink and gamble.
Why? Although I don’t consume alcohol a lot, once I drink alcohol, it’s certainly enough to cloud my common sense. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, don’t gamble when you do. Both make for an awful, and crazy, drink.
